Loads of New Books!
I Got New Books!!
Today I had the opportunity and time to buy a few books. Now the thing is they are not from big-name authors since I had the chance to stop at Dollar Tree and wanted a few new books on hand. Where I have been getting my books from is no longer going to be around anymore, which is very sad in my personal opinion because Blogging for Books (where I had originally gotten my books from) was very accommodating, acceptable, and always answered any questions you had. **
**There will be another article stating alternative options for books to receive through review programs.
Anyway back to the topic of getting new books from not as known of authors. I was just looking around Dollar Tree and came across their book section, it isn't all that large but in some cases, fewer options can open your eyes to books you might not find interesting if you had other options. Well while I was there I did find one that was interesting right in front of them all. Well me being the die-hard book lover I am I kept finding more books I thought I would enjoy (and even if I didn't who cares they are only $1) I was sitting on my knees looking at the very bottom shelf to find more digging through them all. I'm very sure the people there were giving me weird looks...besides my odd behaviors in public places truly searching for my next read like it were an artifact from the Mayan ruins. I did find seven books I actually thought sounded very interesting. I was surprised by how many I found. Even if the cover art isn't the best the description is intriguing and kept you wanting to read more.
Overall I am glad I looked at the Dollar Tree even if I wasn't trying to find them in the first place. I would definitely recommend trying places like this if you are looking to branch out into the types of books you read. Since they don't cost that much, if you don't like them you can always give them to someone else to enjoy. Spreading the love of books to others, who might also not be able to afford them.
Below will be a list of the books that I bought if you are interested I will have a plot summary of each. It will be in my own words but just a shorter description of the overall book that was written by the author.
